Blair is a twenty-something, young woman who bartends and has a crush on her co-worker Jake. Jake isn’t who he seems though, he has a hidden agenda to help his family and to spy on Blair to get information about her ex. What he didn’t expect was to fall for this girl and he would do anything to keep her safe from his family.

Blair hasn’t had things easy in life, she doesn’t trust many. When he co-worker Jake starts to show attention to her and makes her feel wanted, needed and just safe she can’t help but fall for the man. That is until she is deceived again.

The chemistry between Blair and Jake is off the charts. This story is steamy, it is sweet, it is suspense. You’ll laugh, cry and probably yell but it is worth the ride.
